Shipping & Delivery
All orders are subject to a shipping charge. Our Shipping charge rates are set by actual shipping carrier and are based on weight and size of packages for items listed on your invoice, please note that hazardous items, heavy weight items and oversized packages will be subject to additional shipping charges set by shipping carriers. These hazardous items, heavy weight or oversized packages can only be shipped within the continental 48 states.
Expedited Shipping is available upon request and will be subject to shipping carriers’ express fee

Our Website collects certain contact information including Name, Shipping & Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, Fax number, etc. and this contact information is used to process orders and send you information about our company. It is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill for products and services only.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
Returns & Replacements
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
Refunds can only be issued in the form of store credit. Please call our Customer Service department at 800-715-5464 to arrange a return. Any errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable). For proper credit on returned items please follow these instructions.
- All items returned must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for return.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in re-saleable condition.
- Any used or opened products cannot be returned for credit. Additional shipping charges may be incurred to send products back to you.
- Products returned as defective will not be credited until this has been verified by the manufacturer in the form of a credit or exchange. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this process.
- Handpieces and Equipment, if returned opened or used, will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty and returned to you. Full credit will be granted only on items we can return to the manufacturer for full credit.
- Special order items cannot be returned

We accept credit card payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. For your convenience we also offer payment by Paypal. We currently do not offer monthly billing or C.O.D shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We may also need to adjust prices that are incorrect due to typographical errors.
